Hey Everyone,
It is our sad duty to inform you that Laura is no longer playing bass in Dananananaykroyd.
The only way the band can continue is if every member is on the same page musically and that each member's efforts and passions are towards making us the most rocko band possible.
We'd like to add that we love Laura and wish her all the best and we will miss hanging out with her all the time.
In the meantime, our friend Ryan McGinness will be joining us on bass for our tours this year, so be sure to come over and say "hiya, pal" to him at shows.

Well we don't want to air our slightly grubby laundry here.
It would be one sided, make no one look good, and it's not even half as juicy as you might expect.
In the end I hope everyone gets that it was for the sake of the band, and this way you'll get to hear our second album.
The truth will come out, and the truth will hurt you greatly.

Seriously, if you're a friend of Laura, do her a massive favour and act like a grown up.

You don't have the slightest clue about what you're talking about. This is 100 percent (!) between Laura and the band and not one other person will ever, EVER understand the ins and outs, whether they think they do or not. I'm sorry you feel the need to hide and throw around your tiny, cryptic, biased view of this news on her behalf without having even a sniffter of a clue. I feel sorry for you, i really do.
Well she told me what happened, so I'd say I have a pretty big clue.
You could do the decent thing and admit it instead of trying to keep people guessing.

Laura seemed to a nice person but I always thought that she was not very well in the band, she seemed to have a different mood than the rest of the members.
Anyway, it's life. hope you continue to create nice musics ;)

Shurrup Dave, Ryan is great! A fantabulous bassist...is that the correct spelling?! Also a pretty cool guy.
Yet again, another Glasgow band getting all precious before they've even got anywhere.Laura should have stayed or you should explain why she's gone. Her Bass playing was solid and went well with your guitar sound.
Laura should have stayed ...OR... we should tell some anonymous goon with too much time on his hands why she was sacked... OH GOD THE DECISIONS.
i hear she was fired because you wanted a bassist who could play better, which is fine, but i also hear you were cowards and sacked her by email, framing it that you did it with her interests at heart, which isnt so fine

It's all good. I know who this dude is. He's literally missing everything cool and will probably die angry, so it's all a bit of a laugh really! :)
